Would give zero reviews if it was an option. Their billing department is either clueless or intentionally scamming people out of their money. Back in April 2023, being on a high deductible plan they made me pay a deposit upfront that would be refunded if insurance didnt cover the visit (first red flag but I thought I had strep and this was my closest and earliest availability). Four months later I get a statement saying Im owed a credit, but I never received a check. I called to inquire and they tell me Im not owed any money and theres no balance on my account. I ask for a transaction history to confirm and they could not provide it. I was going to let it go, but then today (3 months later) I get another bill for the same visit in April saying I owe money. I call back again and they tell me thats not the correct balance and I actually owe a different amount. Again I ask for proof since my account has now had 4 different balances from one visit in an 8 month time frame. They are not able to provide it. Will never go back and will not recommend them.

My family and I moved to Georgia from Maryland. We came upon Macley Family Practice for my granddaughter. It was doing the COVID out break. Thats when we met this wonderful nurse practitionerMrs Marie. She explain everything to my granddaughter because she was now at the age when she didnt need me to be with her. Mrs. Marie is a God sent. My granddaughter feels very comfortable explain her concerns regarding her health to Mrs. Marie. . We need more health care professionals like Mrs. Marie.

I have been going to this clinic for a while and they have never disappointed. Facility is clean, staff from front desk to medical assistant are polite and pleasant. The physician- Dr Clement makes me feel comfortable, answers all my questions , knowledgeable and most importantly he cares. He even called me personally as late as 7pm to discuss my labs!!!!
