Y J Lee Gastroenterology

I been to this facility 3 years ago and my whole family goes here. I dont understand negative comments. The doctor is wonderful and staff are very nice and top of it all they explained to you in detail. I am going back again for follow up . I wont go anywhere else than Dr Lee office.

I had a colonoscopy and everyone working at the hospital was very friendly. It went smoothly and without a hitch. Teacher Lee Yun-jae is also kind like the guy next door and gives detailed explanations. I had confidence from the beginning and was satisfied until the end of the inspection!!

Dr. Yunjae Lee's skills are trustworthy, but the billing-related staff's work and patient service are incredibly poor.

We've seen many GI specialists in the area. Dr. Lee is one of the better ones. He is knowledgeable, has a good heart, and willing to take the patient's wishes into consideration when devising a treatment plan. The office is always very busy, which can be a good thing, but I find that it can be difficult to communicate with the front staff. That being said, as a patient, you might have to advocate for yourself--call to make sure prescriptions are sent, call your insurance to expedite prior authorization processes, keep in touch with front office. They are in charge of so many patients, they have a hard time remembering to complete tasks. You may have to call in several times, which can be frustrating. Don't be deterred by negative google ratings. Most of Dr. Lee's patients don't seem like the type to leave reviews anyways.
