The worse service ever , they gave me an appointment one day on a specific location , and that day that location didnt have any dr that day working there , they sent me yo a different location and the didnt give any services according to them my insurance was suspended I called In that moment in from of them to my insurance and they said my account has the payments updated and they didnt give service anyway . I was so sick and I have been waiting for that appointment for long time . The services is terrible and dont care about their clients

This is the worst facility to deal with such a serious matter (your health) Dr. Wong is the most unpleasant and useless doctor I've ever met. I walked in, he did not look at me, he didn't even discuss my symptoms with me and said "you just have allergies" no look in the nostrils, no hearing me breathe, no real check up at all. I asked for cough medicine, he said "you don't need it" they dismissed me so much until I complained. Turns out I have a sinus infection, I had to call in days later to receive antibiotics, they wanted me to pay for another visit. I will never go here again, whether you have insurance or not, save your money. These people are so unprofessional, they lack customer service skills, etc. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY!!!!!! I had to argue on the phone with him about antibiotics as he proceeded to have an attitude about me asking questions. I had to tell him "that's why you're the doctor and not me" I dispise acting out of character, their business is bad. DO NOT GO TO THESE GREEDY PEOPLE.

Sadly I have to even give 1 star! This place is HORRIBLE! Not welcoming at all! Sophi Manager is the worst that It can possibly get! The communication is beyond poor! I cant believe this place is real and ppl come HERE for Care! Oh and Dr. Had an emergency this morning so we have a nurse to see youNo phone call, no type of attempt to communicate. Terrible place! Stay away if you can.

I've been going to Gwinnett Clinic Breckenridge for several years. Dr Wang has been my primary physician. I've had no problem with long waits or unsatisfactory care. Dr Wang, John and the other staffers have been first rate. Thanks to all.

I had Dr. Nguena as my PCP before. I was crushed when my insurance company (due to their greed and refusal to change costs for Gwinnett Clinic in over 10 years!) dropped Gwinnett Clinic. I was so happy to finally be with an insurance company that allows me to see Dr. Nguena again. He is kind, professional, polite, and he actually LISTENS to his patients. I cannot wait to see him again and stop bouncing from clinic to clinic, Dr. to Dr. Thank you!
