Sloppy, slow and irresponsible! I made the mistake of requesting KJ from Loyaltys to replace the timing chain in my Honda Accord. He showed up on time at my place to do the repair, but an hour later he said he needed to go out and buy a tool to finish the job. This was in addition to using my own tools without asking me first. Then he didn't come back for 50 minutes. My original mechanic quoted me 4 hours to complete the job, but from the time KJ started until finished took 8, with goodness knows how many breaks. When the job was done, the car started up. But after he left, I noticed there were three bolts left over, sitting outside the car. Luckily, I'm handy enough that I figured out where they came from and replaced them in the engine bay. Then I noticed my car was leaking oil because he didn't do the engine seals correctly. I texted KJ about it, and he said there may be some oil just running off from the repair. Once it became clear that was not the case, I let him know and he asked me to take pictures of the engine bay. I did that and told him when I was available for him to come back. He initially agreed, then that day he cancelled on me and didn't respond to any more of my texts. Now my car leaks 2 quarts of oil per week, staining my garage and my girlfriend's driveway, and I have to carry oil with me no matter when I go. I really regret hiring this amateurish hack of a mechanic. and now I have to pay money to fix his sloppy workmanship. AVOID!
