AVOID THIS COMPANY: The owner, Christian Martinez, did a $10,000 job for us. He cheated us on both quality of product and amount of product. He also tried to strong-arm my wife into paying the extra 3% cc fee. She refused, because by law, as a business owner, he has to disclose this fee in his contract, mention it before hand, etc. He did not. He then accused her of stealing from him. Not true. When we reached out to Christian to discuss our various concerns with his work, he ignored us. When he refused to acknowledge any of our attempts to speak with him for 4 days, we were left no choice, but to dispute some of the charges with our cc. Christian then turned around and threatened to put a lien on our home. It took us days to get our cc company to reverse the charges, all because Christian never responded to their letter. Yet he continued to threaten us daily with the lien. This was one of the WORST contractor's we have ever encountered. He's aggressive, unprepared, dishonest, demeaning to women, rude, unprofessional, and alarmingly unethical. And, we're left with a driveway that is not what we agreed to or what we paid for.

They have built our retaining wall and replaced our fireplace. We plan on using them for a lot more work on our house - another retaining wall, a new driveway, a new entrance and to replace the existing stonework on the front of our house. Simply put they do quality work in a timely work for a fair price and with no surprises. They are willing to do what you ask but since they have the know-how they will offer advice if requested (request it and listen to their suggestions).

We had Advanced Scapes of Alpharetta put a Belgrade patio in our backyard. They did an amazing job and went over and above to give us the outdoor living space that we desired. Christian and his team were very professional. They were there when they said they were going to be there, worked hard, and did a great job cleaning up before they left. I would highly recommend Advanced Scapes of Alpharetta . They are a great group of people to work with.
