Have had the worst experience with our panel saw and getting parts. The factory refuses to rebuild a control board because they are still available at a replacement cost of $3200. The machine is worthless without the part. Never buying scm again.

Horrible customer service the techs are incompetent unwilling to help they ignore their customers. Just look at the reviews that are actually written out those are real customers everyone else is paid to give five stars.

What a nightmare of a company. They refused to give me a refund on several products that were mislabeled on their website, and then double charged my card 8 months after the original transaction. This company steals from their customers and dont do anything to try and resolve issues.

Spent over $230,000 on a press delivered in April 2022, finished installing it late September. Since that time it has been down not operable for more than 50% of the time. Parts are not available and service is not provided under warranty. Trying to get them to take the machine back but no one will take my call. Do not buy from SCM you will wish you hadn't.
