My client went there and spoke with Tony. He was rude , made my client feel like our business was not important! We run a essential business & thu there tuff times customer Service should be at its best! He did not take care of my clients needs and concerns. My client was given a card and told he was gonna be called. Never was called! My client called and emailed and still no response! We have a 25k project that we wanted metro sign to work on and now looking for other companies.

They provide really bad service. We spent lot of money for sign and next day it wasn't work. We called them and they said you have to pay for electrician. N then they didn't answer our call.

I wish i can give them 0 stars. One of the worst companies i have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. Take your business somewhere else.
