I contacted Tracy about getting a quote and he sent two people, (Ashley and someone else) out to my home and they gave me a quote and install date of 5 days later.Ashley said:- Tracey will send you the quote in writing today or tomorrow morning.- Tracey will contact you today or tomorrow morning with an exact time.The next afternoon, I inquired with Tracey about the above things and he refused to send me the quote via email, which was what I was requesting, stating that everything is done by text.Finally, he sent the quote, which was several hundred dollars more than what Ashley quoted. When I asked what the reason was for that the increase, he refused to give me a straight answer.I shouldn't have paid the 50% deposit because I knew in the back of my mind that he was a flake, but I did anyway.When I kept asking what time they would come in install day, he kept saying 'afternoon'. Then suddenly, he stopped responding to my texts.I cancelled two appointments that I have previously had scheduled for the same day as install day and I sat at home all day long waiting for them. Finally, at 5 pm, I text him to inquire about why they had not showed up and he said 'We're running behind, you're on the schedule for tomorrow'I told him that does not work for my schedule and he hung up on me. He agreed via text message to give me a refund of my 50% deposit, but never did.I'm waiting for the dispute resolution result from my bank.

I purchased a new home with a  pretty basic landscape package, and had them add bunch of plates, replace all of the pine straw with mulch, and some landscape borders. All in all the work is good. I also have them do my mowing biweekly, and for the most part they do a great job with that also. I also have them adding a sprinkler system, but with the rain they have not been able to complete this work as of yet. Family company and that strives to do an excellent job.

Beware of this company! They have stolen $504 from us. They quoted a project, came out and then said it would be three times as much. Typical bait and switch. Admitted their mistake and said they would refund. It has been 3 weeks and we have yet to see our refund of $504. Beware of this company!
