We hired this company to maintain our common areas. We have paid them for 2 months and they have yet to do anything that they contracted to do. We are in the process of finding a new company.

My community has been using Green Simple for about a year now. The customer service is awesome and the crews do an amazing job each week with the property. As part of the board, we priced several companies, Green Simple wasnt the cheapest (certainly not the most expensive) but provided the best plan to continue and improve our landscape. The customer service is unmatched by other companies.

Its honestly impressive how this company can work at our property from 9am until 12noon and only leaf blow- just for the property to look WORSE afterwards. Every. Single. Time.
The photo attached is after two straight hours of leaf blowing, where they left our plants cut down (after being ignored legitimately all year) and the crew left our walkways looking this messy and unsafe- like actually left, all the trucks and employees are off the property and walkways still look like this. And its not a new issue: I have to go out there and clean up their mess every. single. time. they are here. Itd be one thing if it was just the mess OR just the absurd hours of leaf blowing *right* up against residential windows (its quite funny how these guys are so desperate for a break that they find the blind spots in the complex to just stand and leaf blow. Im starting to feel bad for them, its clear theyre overworked. These dudes literally just stand and blow at someones window instead of aiding the messes they create). This has been happening for at least the whole year weve lived here and are disappointed to say its one of the top reasons why we dont recommend this company and/or the companies they service. Im sad to say that this company has proved to me that their name does not equal quality services.
