The company sent one woman for $330 to do a deep clean job that was too big for her. I was never told by the company that they could not move couches etc. Then what kind of deep clean could they possibly do? I ended up moving all the furniture in several rooms as if I worked for the company.
She worked hard and had to rush. She called her husband to come help and he came around 5 pm. Several of the jobs they were to do were rushed and some forgotten. Under our dining room table I had to reclean entire the floor for the chairs left big dust spots.
The cleaning lady came a little after 1 pm and they left at 6:25. We felt sorry for the cleaning lady where she could have used a lot of help to get the job done right and worked her butt off.
If you do it right the first time you get repeat business. Do it wrong and you dont. Sorry for the negative review but honesty hopefully will help others. I gave the company 3 stars because the cleaning lady worked hard.
