Farmers Insurance is the best insurance I ever had. The staff is great. I spoke with Agent Najma about my banking account change and she was so thorough to make sure she had the correct information before processing the change and she immediately sent the sign doc for my authorization. The phone was answered immediately when I called. She introduced who she was and assisted and resolved what I called about. Kudos to Agent Najma.
