        After speaking with Aliya, on 3/19 I scheduled my daughter a Groupon promo for 3/29. On 3/26 we both confirmed the appointment. She called me today an hour before the appointment and said she doesnt do Groupon deals on Fridays. While her policy is something I cant change, she had no empathy that we were in route coming 40 mins away. Even after explaining it was Easter weekend and I had nobody else to do it short notice, she didnt care. She only offered to do it Monday. She did apologize and admit she should have caught it; but did nothing to accommodate us considering she confirmed the appointment days ago. Very inconsiderate.

        Aliya is so professional. She takes into consideration any requests and she is skilled in many areas making her a well-rounded stylist. Shes done my haircuts, silk presses, knotless braids and more.
