The receptionist handling reservations was impolite and inefficient. Despite booking in advance, I still had to wait for AN HOUR, along with others who had the same reservation time. The hair session felt rushed, and the guy seemed eager to finish quickly. Despite showing a photo of my desired haircut, I received something different. Disappointed with the overall service and believe improvements are necessary.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON they kinda suck and dont know what they are doing - i rarely give out reviews but im so upset with my hair i had to warn everyone. First of all, I asked for a highlight on my dark hair which I did not get - they just dyed my whole hair orange. Second, I told them to give bangs a little trim, and they literally cut the whole thing off and thinned it which looks absolutely horrendous. Even the lengths are uneven. Anyways, I am sure they are all good people, but awful skills. I do not recommend. Sorry.

Director, please cut very carefully! He gave me consulting based on my hair quality and image, and even looked at the photos I brought with me. I highly recommend it!

I messaged them for an appointment for highlights and a trim for my curly hair. I haven't gotten highlights in my hair for years, and I wanted to finally go and get my hair done since it'd been so long. Since my hair is curly I do my best to take care of it which involves NEVER using heat on my hair, using a hair mask once a week and every time I shower I use a curl cream, a moose, and a silk bonnet. Needless to say, my hair is incredibly healthy and happy. When I asked for the appointment she asked me to send a picture of my hair and upon receiving she said my hair was too damaged to dye because it would break.... I know this is an issue with people who dye their hair very frequently or have dry thin hair, but my hair is not dry is not thin and again has not been dyed in years. There is no possible way for it to be damaged especially to that extent. I asked her why she thought it was damaged and she said she recommends a keratin treatment! If you don't know what that it, it would destroy my curly hair. Keratin treatments straighten out your hair completely to defrizz. If I did this, it would take years for my hair to become curly again. PLEASE if you have curly hair or honestly care about your hair's health do not go here. The entire conversation was completely rude, and I'm honestly happy she was or else my hair would be ruined.
