Man this is the best Gym Ive joined in years! For the past couple of years I was a member of a commercial gym but I needed motivation Sanchez has been nothing short of that. Im glad I joined the family Ive lost 10lbs the best is yet to come !!

This is a game changer when it comes to fitness! I participated in Cross Fit for a year, I am a member of Life Time Fitness and I have a Peloton Bike. Nothing compares to this place! I feel like a member of the family receiving support and encouragement from an amazing trainer but also from every member of this gym! It doesn't matter which class I attend. I feel secure and I fit in as everyone there looks like me and I feel free to be myself. No matter my size, shape or condition, I don't feel judged, I feel supported! No matter which class I attend, I will get a very strategic, well thought out, ever changing and beneficial work out! The gym is the perfect size. It is clean and I feel safe. The owner and trainer Sanchez keeps you engaged, encouraged and motivated 24/7. I feel very fortunate to have found a place that I look forward to going to to better myself on a daily basis!
