        On Sept 10 (Sunday) @ around 7:30am, I was @ H Depot looking to stock up on supplies in preparation for Irma's arrival...the black, skinny, young female cashier @ the Garden Center refused to sell me the bottled H2O in the cooler located by the register; she told me said H2O was put there for employee consumption ONLY & is not for sale to the public!! I have since verified that there's no such policy & that this wicked employee is known for her nasty attitude & is STILL employed @ H Depot!!
