I'm so happy with my floors and their customer service. Everyone in the office looks very nice and happy. Definitely will choose them for the future jobs.

THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT! We built a new house and moved in October of 2022. There was a dip in the floor and the installers came to correct it which involved removing some of the flooring and replacing it. The installers used new planks which had the same stock number as the floor that was installed just a few months prior. However, it was substantially different. The texture was totally different and it is very obvious in appearance. The manufacturer came out to look at it and claimed that we had put a product on it that filled in the grooves of the existing floor and that's why it looks different. I POURED the same cleaner on the new planks right there in front of him and he knows that it didn't change a thing!! It's common sense that if a product changed the look of the previous planks then the same product would do the same for the new planks! You can easily pick out the different planks on the pictures. It looks worse in person. We were happy with the floor until they had to replace some of it. There shouldn't be this mush difference even if it is a different lot. They have changed the flooring to be more textured. So disappointing for a new house.
