Summary: High prices, bad customer service, sub-par quality of work.
Their techs are nice enough people, but when it appeared to us that had one failed to properly conduct a Fire Alarm inspection, and we tried to call them out on it, their customer service team stonewalled, and ultimately turned us over to collections. Their message being something to the tune of "well, you can't prove it, so we don't have to do anything". As a veteran of this industry myself, it's a pretty pathetic showing, especially given their premium pricing.
