        I had a large 401k amount to rollover into an IRA and sent the required form and checked the box to send by FedEx. When I checked my 401k, it showed a zero balance but I had heard nothing from PFS. I sent an email and the response was that it was being processed and "mailed" to my home address. It occurred to me that I would have to sign for the delivery and I emailed the rep the next day to ask for a tracking number. This is the exact (and total) response: "It was sent regular mail as my e-mail stated." No, the email didn't say "regular mail" and I checked the box to have it sent express. So now, I have a large check floating around in the regular mail with no way to track it. I wouldn't recommend using this company.
