I'm finally at the age where I should have a consistent PCP so took a recommendation and visited Tammy for a check up. The waiting room was full but moved quickly and the receptionists were kind and courteous. Tammy was kind, attentive and explained everything in detail. She didn't rush any procedures or explanations and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Also, bless the person who drew my blood and didn't blow my veins and was able to get it on the first try. This is a huge part that makes me anxious for check ups but it was quick and painless. Just through observation, I appreciated the staff being respectful to more elderly patients and take time to translate. I'd feel comfortable sending my parents here if they lived in town. Glad I finally found a caretaker for annual check ups! Sort of surprised at the other negative reviews, and is unfortunate because my experience was positive.

I drove an hour to this office and everyone is very friendly, caring, professional and helpful! The office is clean and everyone is nice. The nurses (Tammy) and medical assistant answered all my concerns. She has good bedside manner and gave me options and suggestions. My lab results were released in a timely manner-as they mentioned during my visit. Everything was beyond my expectation from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. I'm retired and cannot drive so I depend on others for a ride; therefore, getting to the office is not easy for me. This office won't tell me my lab results over the phone and wanted me to come in. They told me this is due to a law that took effect since 2022 that won't allow them to do so. However, my friends who go to different offices tell me that's not the case with their doctors. When I came in for my physical, they called me in much later than my appointment time. All the other patients who came in after me were called in first. I inquired about it and was later called in. The doctor then told me since I looked like I was in a rush to get home, he won't do the complete physical and just ask me a few questions and made me come back another day for the rest of the physical..I don't understand his reasoning. Why would someone who has difficulty getting there and spend hours at the office waiting for their turn want to go home after the ordeal? I wanted to get everything done with so I could go on with my day. I'll be looking for a different office that actually cares.

Dr. Liem Ngo and the nurse practitioner Tammy Tran are very caring, knowledgable, and professional. They take my health condition very seriously and always spend time answering all of my questions/concerns. All of my family members go here. I highly recommend the office, especially for people who face challenges at other English-speaking offices.

This was my family in the process of finding another one. On the rare occasion that I can actually get a appointment to see a doctor there great. Most of the time I have to go to urgent care or to the emergency room cause they want to give me a appointment a week or two off. Recently call to get a refill on my abeuterol cause I was having trouble breathing an the ones I had had expired. They told me they couldnt give me a refill an I had to see the doctor next week mind you I have asmtha an am having trouble breathing this is just a refill. The reason being I have been there for a appointment. I don't know maybe cause every time I try to get one when I am sick it's a week or two off an I wind up at the ER or urgent care so there's no need for a family doctor. In my opinion they care more about money than patient if a patient has asmtha telling you there having trouble breathing an you refuse to call in a refill until they see a doctor an want to give them appointment a week off even a next day no I will pass on this type of care back to urgent care. Apparently the urgent care an ER is my family doctor.
