NEVER answer phone calls. Trying to get through to an extension and it hangs up on you. Terrible company to do business with. Very unresponsive. People that gave 5 stars must be working at the company.

If I could I wouldnt even give a star worst staffing agency ever. I got a job at WestRock In Conway Arkansas through them thinking it was going to be a temp to hire cause I wanted something either full time or a temp to hire but they didnt tell anything at all didnt know anything until after I got hired I only worked 8 hours then left cause like I said I didnt want anything temporary. I also have not received my paycheck for the time that I worked there and today is payday.

I have had a great experience with Integrow so far. They have been responsive and have communicated what was going on and have kept me in the loop on everything. I have now been working as a contractor for three weeks. And have to say it's been a great experience. I'm really happy with the outcome.

Horrible customer service. I'm a employee and reached out to multiple times via email and phone to inquire about sick time or PTO accrued. I have not received any call backs or information.
