        Wasn't sure what happened, but no one was there for my dad's scheduled follow up appointment. We waited 30 minutes in front of the door and tried to call the office and left a message but didn't hear anything back. Very strange.....

        Horrible customer service on phone. I called for basic information such as if doctor is available and what time, what all procedures they do, what insurance they take etc. The office is only open on Fridays every week in the Johns creek location and the telephone operator hung up on me. Office visit is $225 for initial consultation and they dont take several popular insurances. I Do not recommend them. World famous is famous for bad customer service and over expensive procedures!
