The service is the worst. A middle aged woman who appears to be a nurse raises her voice and glares at me as if she's angry. This is the first time in my life I've ever been to a place that treats a customer like this. Never go here. Going to an American dentist is a wise choice.

I dont understand why people are giving bad reviews but with my experience this dentist is the best dentist that I ever been to I have been a patient for more than 10 years and the staffs are excellent ! Really appreciate all the things and definitely recommend it!!

I visited this dentist a few days ago and had bone graft surgery and implants. During the surgery, I couldn't stand listening to the female staff member (nurse) who was assisting the dentist. She was talking to the dentist non-stop from before the start of the surgery until the end about personal things (for example, I met my sister, did something and said we were good team) with dentist. At this time, I wanted to tell them to stop conversing about nonsense so they could focus on my dental surgery. This is because this dentist is not my usual dentist. I have been going to another dentist for the past 10 years and was only planning to do bone graft and dental implants. Even when I visited for the first time a few weeks ago, I was not satisfied with the extremely expensive dental treatment fees, and during this bone graft surgery and implant, I was very disappointed in their unprofessional behavior. Do you all understand how I felt, having received a painful injection of anesthesia and covering my face with a cloth, without thinking about the patient's perspective, and having to lie down and listen to the conversation, which was almost like a conversation between two people, for more than 30 minutes without thinking about it? You understand, right?
