        I was promised my customized hat would be done in a hour and a half. I dropped off my hat at 11:00. I get back to the mall to pick up my merchandise and its still not ready. Its now 4:44pm. He takes my merchandise off the stitcher and its not correct still. Im still standing in the store waiting for my merchandise and its still not ready while writing this review.its 5:22 and my hat is still on the stitcher. Disappointed at best. I dont think Ill be coming back here. Update at 9:58the hat was not done correctly at all! They did end up giving me my money back and told me to keep the messed up hat! Definitely will not be back here. Dont waste your time or money here.
