        I ordered a blouse that arrived stained with make up. I attempted to contact the store by email and received no reply. I called and was told someone would be in contact. No one called. Two days later I was asked for photos. I sent multiple photos and received no reply. I called again and was again told I would hear back from someone. Again, no reply. The owner doesnt know how to conduct her business and should be ashamed of herself for sending dirty merchandise and not replying to emails and phone calls.

      I am sorry you had a bad experience and were not happy with how it was handled. Yes the owner has been out a lot. She has actually been dealing with sickness with her children and Lymes disease. We offered you a store credit if you wanted to send it back. Our return policy is on our website. We are a very small business so we only offer store credit or exchange.
