The chiropractors are great so that's why I'm not giving this establishment a 1 star. The customer service staff at the front desks are awful. I was told the day of signing, March 2nd, that I would get a reminder when my membership was about to renew. I did not get that reminder so my card was charged on May 1st. I haven't been there in the last month. I would have called Duluth, where I had signed up, to try to resolve this issue but I received a text notification on May 10th 2021 that they were closed for maintenance - it's interesting that I got that text but I didn't get a text notification that my membership was going to be renewed and that I would be charged. So I called a different location to try to get this taken care of (Buford.) I asked for a refund and the rep said no, that I needed to cancel my membership beforehand. I tried to explain the situation and she still said no and also told me that I needed to call the Duluth location where I had originally signed up and said I needed to cancel there. But...they were closed for maintenance. So I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Eight days later, today, 05/18, I received another text from them with good news that the Duluth location was open again for business! Yay! Again I think it's kind of "interesting," by which I mean sketchy, that I never received a text reminder that my membership was going to renew and that my card was going to be charged. Then the Duluth staff told me I had to come up there to cancel my membership. I told the rep I moved out state to which she then said, "Oh, well I will email it to you then." So wait, why didn't you offer that in the first place? Why are you wanting me to come up there to sign a cancellation form? Sounds like you are wanting to make customers go through more of a hassle because if not, you would have offered to send that via email in the first place...

Dr. Dan Falor and staff were terrific! Dr. Dan was very knowledgeable and informative during my consultation. He took the time to throughly explain my condition and render the appropriate treatment. I am starting to see some improvement already, after only one visit! I look forward to returning and continuing my treatment plan.

I love this office! I always get what I need from these adjustments. The front desk staff is inviting. It’s easy to get seen for an adjustment and lots of parking. Can’t beat that!
