Allen, he was a very respectable and intelligent person on help me out. He was not pressured into selling me the most expensive item or phone, and he was fast and efficient as well.

I had an amazing experience with Allen, he was incredibly knowledgeable, and not pushy at buying anything. He helped me get my new phone and Apple Watch, he was fast and efficient with his work, I would recommend this store and him for help!

I had a horrendous experience for the second time at this store, which deals with Verizon phones. The treatment I received from a short Korean man was utterly disgraceful. Despite his friendly demeanor while selling products, his behavior took a nosedive whenever there was even the slightest inconvenience or when he needed to provide assistance. His contemptuous attitude and rude remarks made it impossible for me to determine whether I was dealing with a friend or a salesman. This is unacceptable. I strongly urge potential customers to steer clear of this establishment. Such appalling behavior should not be tolerated, and the store's manager must take immediate action to rectify this situation. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the individual's name at this time, but he was a Korean man of short stature. I will update my review with his name once I remember.

Do not go here! They will not assist you unless you have ID With you. I came in to get my wifes phone and watch connected and spoke with alan , he told me he needed ID unfortunately i did not have it with me but i had a picture and asked if that was okay and he told me he could not help me at out without a physical Id ridiculous!!!
