Hi Ploy,Thank you for informing us of your visit and leaving us this review. I'm horrified that you had to witness such unhygienic behavior and that this is even took place to begin with. You're correct -- this was unbelievably inappropriate and not at all the kind of sanitary protocol that we encourage at Sweet Hut. We're so sorry that this soured your experience with us. This was unacceptable.I'll send your review over to our management so they're made aware and speak with our staff directly. In no way should our staff be eating in front of our guests, at the cashier, **in the middle of service. We have breaks and delegated spaces for these breaks for a reason and it is to promote a sanitary environment. Again, we're so sorry that you had to see witness this from us, Ploy. I've become frustrated after reading this review as I cannot understand how our staff was so comfortable with mistreating you in this way. Your request was in no way a difficult ask and I can see that this staff member had no intention of providing service at the standard we expect. We're so sorry that this happened. This was completely unacceptable behavior on our part.I'll send your review over to our management so they're made aware of your experience. If you feel comfortable to do so, could you please email me the date + time of your visit as well as a description of the employee that you spoke with? We'd like to address this situation with them directly so they're held accountable.
