Oconee Dental Associates of Dublin

I have been a patient of Dr. Barrow in his McRae office for years. December 22nd was my first visit in the Dublin office. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and Dr. Delgado was the absolute best. I was in for a wisdom tooth extraction under NO anesthesia. The procedure was painless, with minimal bleeding, and over as fast as it began. Dr. D, is definitely an expert in his craft. The best part of the visit was the front desk receptionist telling me that I owed less than I expected to pay initially. 5 stars for me!

I called these folks on Wednesday morning looking for a dentist appointment asap for a tooth issue that I had from last week and they brought me in Friday afternoon I'm a first time patient here I highly recommend going back again excellent customer service and their dentist are outstanding at what they do I had very little pain left after 1 hr of an extraction very great people here.

I want to give praise and gratitude and a huge THANK YOU!!, to the staff and Dr. Barrows and Dr. Delgado at Oconee Dental Associates. They have been more than just providers of our dental care needs. The staff members are pleasant to speak to and work with. It is like the kind of bedside manner you would not expect anymore and the kind one would think got lost along with the manner received with house calls! Ashley is the absolute best!!! Going above and beyond, and the extra mile. Explaining benefits, insurance and treatment plans, working with you and for you with the procedures and what to expect. And if she states she will call you back or if you request a call back, Ashley actually calls you back. Communication is part of the service you get and you don't expect to receive anymore, which is so refreshing. The stress is just reduced due largely in part to the staff and how you're treated.

Dr. Barrows now have additional dentists in his office and while I was a bit nervous at first it turned out to be great. The young man who operated on me that day was friendly, fast, and gentle (as he could be). Definitely recommend this office! They have always treated me well
