      image Spent twelve dollars on a meal, then couldn't get an extra Zax sauce without paying for it. Zaxby's used to have ketchup in a dispenser near the drinks; not here. I guess you have to pay for that too. Not me.

      image every time friends and i come to this location the food is always soggy, it takes 20+ minutes to get our food even when ordered online. and no one offers to help. when you take your food back due to the order being wrong, or just unacceptable quality such as fries cold they just heat it up. no attempt to make it right such as a fresh order of fried. the 441 location is 100 times better and will get my support for now on
