We love our blinds! They are so easy to open and close, and they look awesome in our house. Master Blinds did a phenomenal job installing all of our 30+ custom blinds as well. Our installer was extremely friendly and professional. We also greatly appreciated how our installer cleaned everything up after the installation. We could not be happier with our new plantation shutters. From start to finish Clay walked us through the process and options and offered suggestions to best fit our window "needs". They look phenomenal from the inside and outside, they provide a lot more natural light and privacy than our conventional blinds did. The installation company Master Blinds uses is second to none, very professional, fast and accommodating to our schedule. We would highly recommend calling Master Blinds & Shutters if you are in the market for new window treatments.

Master Blinds installed 21 sets of 2" plantation blinds in my new home in June 2003. I was very happy with the blinds and Clay's professionalism, knowledge, and skill. Over the years Clay has returned to repair minor issues at no cost because he provides a lifetime warranty. In November 2020 I had Clay replace 4 different blinds due to pet damage. Clay was prompt and friendly as always. The blinds look great! Note that I am almost bald and Clay still has a full head of thick hair. I am jealous of his hair but Clay has my business for life!

We were a small order of 4 Cafe Shutters but treated as if we were a large order. Fast & smooth process with just a little delay, that is expected these days. We are very pleased with the look it brought to our eat in kitchen! Master Blinds / Clay are highly recommended!
