I do not know where to start! I live in Carrollton and the Wax place that I normally go to has been declining, so I was on a hunt for a new one. After reading the google reviews for this facility I was excited to give them a try so I made a same day appointment. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Jordana at the reception desk and she was soooo welcoming, sweet, and fun to talk to. I instantly felt comfortable! I was then welcomed back by Maria and she was so very sweet and kind. Her service was outstanding and she made sure not to leave one hair! She was sooo quick and handled my wax with care. Being plus size, I always get nervous and worry that I would be judged but I felt so comfortable with her! Highly recommend Maria and I highly recommend Natural Wax Beauty Bar!! Thank you to the owner for having such an incredible staff! Im excited to book more of their services! Im so mad I didnt go here sooner and I hope soon theyll expand to Carrollton!. In the meantime, Ill happily make this 35 minute drive every month!

Paula was the person doing my service and it went amazing!! It was my first time and she was super nice and talked me through the process. Definitely am coming back with her for my next visit
