      image I was so sad to hear that recently let go of their best worker at the Douglasville location! Normally it's a great store aside from the older lady who just sits up front and does nothing, I believe her name is Kim and her customer service is far less superior to the young lady they wrongfully let go of.

      image Today was the first time I ever went to Shoe Carnival in Douglasville Ga.An employee by the Name of John was so extremely helpful knowledgeable and kind. He had such a warm smile even though he was busy he stopped to answer our questions.We definitely will be returning John made us feel like family.
