Subway

I came into this location tonight 3/28/24 at around 9pm at night. After waiting 3-5 mins or so an elderly lady came out and proceeded to make my sandwich, during the making of my sandwich she was a little rude and standoffish. Once she completed my sandwich she pretty much threw my sandwich on the counter before she started to ring me up, I ignored it and proceeded to tell her I wanted cookies and that would complete my order she asked my for the third time was that all and I stated once again that I would like cookies, at that moment she says rudely I HEARD YOU! I again tried to ignore it but I couldnt any longer so I proceeded to ask her was she ok. This lady was extremely rude and nasty as I tried to explain to her that shes been rude since I came in and Ive been nothing but respectful and nice. I asked her name and she refused to tell me BUT she did tell me that she didnt care about losing her job she didnt even care about the job at which point I said to her that I could tell she didnt care to work the way she was treating customers. She needs some serious training or to be fired all together. I will be contacting the store manager tomorrow to make a complaint because her behavior as an employee of a national food chain shouldnt be the way that it was. She makes me never want to even eat at this location again

Ive visited this Subway on many many occasions because its right up the street from my job. But THIS!! Completely unacceptable. I could not even eat this because I was disgusted looking at this sandwich. AND of course they didnt answer the phone when I called.
