Long post alert, sorry, but Kat really deserves this! So, my husband and I started looking for houses last year (2023), but not aggressively. We met a few realtors through Zillow. Initially my husband met up with one to view a house; after that she asked us to get pre-approved; however we didnt want to at the time because we both have good credit and didnt want to lower our scores because we knew we werent really ready. She contacted us one more time afterwards and told us when we were ready to get pre-approved let her know and never heard from her again. So, when we were ready; I started looking on Zillow again and started liking and saving houses. I received a call from another realtor; we met her a few times to view houses. I noticed that she was advocating for us to buy a house that we both didnt like, the neighborhood wasnt good and was trying to rush us to sign a purchase contract with her so that she could get her commission. I also, began noticing her attitude wasnt the greatest , she seemed so disinterested and she wasnt available when I needed to look at houses. The moment youve been waiting for: So approximately in February 2024 we started looking seriously for houses again. We got prequalified with Bank of America and Rocket Mortgage and we decided to go with the realtor that Bank of America connected us with, which turned out to be the AWESOME MS. Kat Pryor! Thanks to her we are happy first time homeowners as of 3/26/2024 with a beautiful ranch house! Ms. Kat is extremely knowledgable in her field and you can truly tell that she loves her job! The best part about Kat is her caring and kind spirit. You can tell its not just about the money; its about her wanting her customers to find their dream homes and guiding them along the way with all the information they need to make it to closing day! On the first meeting she gave me great tips about houses with slopes; I had no clue what to look for when trying to pick out a good house. Kat was literally available whenever I needed her to be! There was never a time she wasnt available or ignored me when I had questions. I know at times I probably got on her nerves, but she never showed it! LolI would text her last minute asking if I could see houses way on the opposite side of town from where we were seeing another house and she always willing to do so without any complaints! Also, Kat is a great organizer and makes it easy for you to prioritize house viewings. For example, lets just say you want to go and see 3 different houses. She would send you a GPS Link that has the houses in order so its easy for you just to click on after leaving one house and go to the other one without searching for the address again and typing it in! My husband and I put in 3 offers and thank God for Kat all of them got accepted thanks to her negotiation skills with the sellers agents. However, we ended up only going with 1 house, of course; but she explained how competitive the market is and that if you want a house that you view you should put an offer on it asap! We did exactly that, the same day and got what we wanted! Finally, I would like to say if youre in the Atlanta metro area please contact Ms. Kat; I promise you will not regret it! Kat knows exactly what shes doing and will look out for your best interest and will tell you the truth! Last but not least, Kat has a fabulous and sweet demeanor that will definitely make you feel in good hands! :)

I have been in my new home going on a year now. Kat was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful during my house hunting process. She showed me a multitude of homes and never complained (I was extremely picky too!). She explained the process to me in grave detail as well. I was extremely happy with her services and it didnt stop once the house was bought she has sent me informative information related to my neighborhood and checked in on me post buying. 10/10 recommended!!! Thank you Kat you are greatly appreciated!

I used Kat Pryor as my Realtor to help me find a home and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She walked me through the whole process and helped me cross every T and dot every I. She was knowledgeable about the properties that we visited and did her homework about each neighborhood before we got there. At the end, she worked closely with the loan processors and selling Realtor to saved me $15K at closing. Kat is the best and I can't thank you enough. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Kat Pryor was and is a great realtor, she walk me and held my hand through the whole process. At times i wanted to give up dealing with lenders, but Kat gave encouraging words and prayer. Thank You! Kat Pryor and God Bless.

Excellent experience working with Kat. Very knowledgeable. Helped every step of the way, from looking at houses all the way to the closing table. She listened to our needs and wants and always looked out for our best interest. Always available to answer any question that came up throughout the process. We are grateful for her helping us find our first home.
