I have known Shaniqua for 11 years, She was the first person that came to mind when looking for our first home. Her whole team was very knowledgeable about everything. My wife and I moved here from California to be closed to our grand-children. We struggled with an agency for almost a year trying to find a home here in the Atlanta area. My wife and I were very impressed with Mrs. Shaniqua Covert in particular; she works with a lot of energy and effort. She is passionate and dedicated to her craft. I first came in contact with Shaniqua Covert with Perri Mitchell Realty via telephone when I decided to relocate from California to Georgia as I needed an agent that was familiar with the areas I was hoping to purchase a home in. The conversation between us was as if we had known each other for years! During my visit to Georgia to view homes, I met some of her family including Duane Covert who eventually became the agent that assisted me in purchasing my forever home! I was so fortunate to have found the Coverts when planning my move to Georgia.
