They stole my application money. It's illogical. I have good credit and they denied me a house that two adults and a baby would share. Manager, if you need money, work, stop stealing from people. You'll probably only rent to people you know. Don't apply alone. They take the money from your application and don't help you even if you collect everything

Paid for applications for two people.
I was sent an email to submit my application and was greeted with a prompt saying the property was no longer available not even an hour after paying the application fee. So I am unable to submit my application and we're out 50 dollars. please help with this. We are really interested in the property.

To me, this company is very sketchy. They wanted me to pay my move in costs 2 months before the house would be available. If the house is not available until July, why pay deposit and move in costs in May and before I haven't even viewed the house because it is occupied. I have never heard of that before. Anytime I have rented, I have paid on my move in date or a few days before. Anything can happen in those 2 months That lady was talking in circles, the whole process was backwards. No ma'am we will keep looking.
