Update on March 9, 2024 Location opened 1 hour late at 9:30a So unprofessional in addition to staff being rude. Brenda and Stephanie are rude, unprofessional, and appear as if they do not like their job. I usually have a great experience but since the new employee change this is the most unwelcoming post office in Douglasville.

I was just in the post office dropping off 2 packages that only needed receipts. The very young, thick black girl named Lee seemed to be having issues with her computer. I asked her what happened. She ignored me. Several minutes went by and she gave my 2 packages to the young lady beside her to complete my transition. I asked her again what happened. She still ignored me. I asked her a third time, and she finally responded by saying she didn't hear me. I pleasantly old her she was very rude. Her immediate response was that she was not going back and forth with me. I noticed that her ears worked for every patron at her counter before me. There was never a dispute. Only her being discourteous, disrespectful, and rude. I asked her the same question 7 times, and she still never answered it. Maybe she didn't like the way I looked. Sad that these young ppl feel attacked when they initiate bad customer service. Who will be held responsible? Probably no one.

The worse post office ever I never! Get my packages on time or my mail , lock was broken she blame my key when a screw was missing from the back of the lock. Rude box lady puts wrong mail iny box .

The signage says they open at 8:30am, here it is almost 9a and they still have not opened the doors. Theres a lady standing inside not communicating with the 10 customers that have been standing here waiting in line for over 30 minutes. terrible experience. We would rather drive out further than deal with this. People do have jobs.
