The Best Boxing and Fitness center in Douglasville. Johnny and Jasmine are very friendly and make you feel like family. I highly recommend this place.

I've been coming to this location for a little under a month, three times a week, and I absolutely love it here. The gym is always sanitized, clean, stocked and there is a lot to do! When I first started, I noticed how family-oriented the Hayes family is with their mentees. Boxing is not an easy sport to partake in, but they have pushed me in every aspect mentally, physically, AND emotionally. Since I've started, I noticed a major difference in my physique and my capabilities. They will meet you where you are in your fitness journey and build you to where you want to be. I can wholeheartedly say this family is not out for the money, because they go above and beyond the paid membership. Without the help and push of Coach Jasmin, Johnnie, and Jerry, I wouldn't have made it past the 1st week. 10/10. Absolutely recommend.

One of the best decisions I've ever made was to join this gym. The facility and equipment are always kept clean and orderly. The staff is experienced, friendly, and treats you like family; it genuinely feels like a second home. Highly recommended for all fitness goals, whether you wish to take up boxing as a pastime or a career.
