Nicole is always welcoming and inviting. I really enjoyed the event last night with all the ladies. We painted, sipped wine, song to a great Playlist of R&B, and ended with yoga! I love Nicole's classes! She always makes them so fun and enjoyable. She offers a variety classes in her beautiful boutique studio. As an instructor, she is also very knowledgeable of the exercises and movements that she teaches you and the effect on the body. She makes sure that you do them correctly to prevent injuries. On a personal note, she is a very kind and compassionate person. She cares about her clients and group participants. She is truly and amazing person!

As a personal trainer renting space from 2OneLife was not only the easiest process, but upon arrival the smell of relaxing and soothing aromatherapy made the face to face meeting so smooth- Im often nervous meeting people for the first time and all the jitters were gone! The space is exceptionally clean with 2bathrooms and training areas for larger boot camps and more intimate 1:1 or small group training! I know for certain Ill be renting space here indefinitely. I am not only inspired to do great work in the building, but motivated to one day have some of my own! Thank you for the opportunity to share your space and motivate me! If youre a trainer needing training space this is where your search stops rent this space! Also, the owner, Nichole is a beautiful energy that I am blessed to have linked with!

Working with Nichole has been an absolute blast! She is very warm and friendly which makes you feel comfortable even on your first day working with her. On my first day working with her she introduced me to the rest of her clients that come to different classes which helped me with getting more comfortable and focusing on the workouts. I also enjoy that she pushes you in class through words of encouragement while motivating you to work hard every time you come because she has confidence you can get it done. I appreciate Nicholes support not only in working out with her, but suggestions on how to better my weight loss journey .Id definitely recommend giving 2One Life a try if youre looking for a more communal feel where you feel comfortable while still wanting to be held accountable to achieving your health goals.
