The WORST Sevice ever! This crew is so disorganized. They goof off, talking more than working and so unprofessional by talking badly about customers and other coworkers. The dark skin black girl is very unfriendly, rude, and has a bad attitude. I asked her for help specifically after waiting for 15 mins after they finished with my oil change and she just ignored me and walked passed me, not willing to direct me how to pay for my car. My car was basically sitting in the parking lot after receiving a notification my car was ready. No one came to help me when they saw me standing at the register. Both employees hid out in the back room when they kept peaking out and saw me there they still refused to help me until I used the call for help button, then they reluctantly came out and had my papers laying on the table disorganized, staple less. The dark skin guy with dreads cut me off midsentence in a conversation about my car to berate another customer. Just so unprofessional. The other ppl working there see what is going on and watched. They just as bad, they didnt bother to provide any help or assistance to ppl knowing it was my first time. Def driving to Hiram next time or they need to change the team
