We walked in and we werent greeted, but everyone else as soon as they did got a big friendly hello and welcome. Lady taking our order seemed extremely annoyed at us, when we were looking at the menu in front of us, instead of saying excuse me, just shoved the menu out of the way to get someone else one. Had an attitude while we ordered, seemed to try to rush us. I was looking at the menu posted on the wall while waiting for the food and the lady that took our order yelled across to me maam, your fries will be ready soonseeming like she was annoyed that I was looking around. I was fine waiting, but to me that seemed very rude while I was looking at the menu and wall designs. The food came, I ordered buffalo sauce on my sandwich. It was there, but so little I couldn't taste any. Chicken didnt have much flavor, but the fries were amazing. Perfect seasoning on the fries. The food was filling. I think she gave me Diet Coke instead of regular like I asked, but I felt too anxious to ask because I didnt want to bother her again because she just seemed extremely annoyed.

We decided to try this last night for dinner. Big mistake, $41 dollars for 2 for dinner. NOTHING SPECIAL HERE! The burgers were at least 1/2 in smaller than the bun (and overcooked) which was dry and cracked on the top. Meat is lower end frozen, very greasy and no seasoning. Again nothing special for a BURGER BAR! Crinkle fries and seasoned fries were frozen, not fresh (2 DIFFERENT PRICES). We kind of figured they would be hand cut or something special being a BURGER BAR!!! Drinks were tiny and expensive, small is the almost the size of an airline cup! Peach punch was SO sweet (NO REFILLS) Hand pies were not hand pies, they were like the old version of McDonalds pies. Same shape and fried! Not made there for sure. In fact I dont think they make anything there from scratch. Owners seem to be rather rude as well. Tall man got pissy when I asked for it to go instead. All in all not a great or even good experience. We could have gone to McDonalds and had a better, tastier burger for 1/2 the price and that says alot! Lets talk about the seating. Tiny booths and counter service, the chairs were so close to the counter only a super skinny adult, teenager or child could sit there. No wheelchair accessibility area. Were told the bathrooms were out of order. Isnt that a health violation?? Will we ever go back?? NO!! Wheelchair accessibility: No accessibility for handicapped or wheelchair bound customers.

First time customer. Everyone greeted me as I walked in. Young lady that took my order was pleasant and friendly. I ordered the cheeseburger, fries, and a drink and it was served hot and fresh pretty quick. Cheeseburger was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Bun was fresh, lettuce and tomato was crisp and cold. Delish. Nice lady came by and asked if I wanted a refill on my drink. Good food and good service. Will be back
