She was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the process and took the time to explain every detail about the home buying process as well as the home itself. She knew the neighborhoods well and was able to give us insights to things both good and bad which made buying a home alot less stressful. Cathye made sure we knew about any potential risks involved with buying any particular property. If we had questions, she had answers. I cant even begin to describe just how MAGNIFICENT Cathye is. If I could rate 10 stars I would! My husband and I were moving from Wisconsin to Georgia, so it was going to be a lot for us. From day one, our phone call conversation just to get to know us and find out what my husband and I are looking for: she scheduled it with us so quickly and worked around our schedules too. We knew we would work so well together just from that phone call. She made every single step easy, smooth, and thorough. You can tell she loves her job and shes really great at it. Our first time buying a house, we afforded the ability to expect the unexpected; she went above and beyond to make sure we were never blind sided, especially coming from a different state. She even helped us find out our new utilities and how to set them up, and even when it originally came to looking at the homes, she knew schools for our future family was a priority and always kept that in mind for us. She was always so honest, friendly, and oh my god is she fun. She always went the whole nine yards in every way! As some would say: shes like a duck, smooth on the surface, but paddling like hell underwater. She will always work hard until your needs are met and even after that she will be there for you. You couldnt ask for the better package of a realtor. Stop here, Cathye will fix you up with what you need and help you with everything!
