        Used to be the best service, people knew the regulars and was very happy with the food. I dont know what happened to the crew that has been there in the mornings, but the new crew is terrible. I have to put in my order basically when I leave in my 30 min trip, just to be able to SIT and WAIT still, with no greeting. Not coming here anymore, even though I work right next to the place.

        I stood at the cashier to place a to go order and was completely ignored. The place was not even busy at the time. A cashier even came to the register and checked out a customer behind me. This is totally unacceptable and rude. Considering this is a pretty new establishment in Douglasville it is definitely headed towards disaster. Luckily I had time to go to the other Waffle House on Chapel Hill and got friendly and immediate service.
