Vance Murphy is a fantastic realtor and an honorable man! It was a pleasure working with Vance to sell my home. Vance had a professional photographer at my house and within a few days of listing my house, there were numerous showings and offers. 3 days later I accepted an offer and went to closing just 2 1/2 weeks later! The whole process was stress-free. Vance has extensive knowledge of real estate and the local market. He really cares about his clients as well as the communities they live in. Vance is very professional, reliable, and was extremely responsive through the whole process. He was always available to answer questions and if he didnt have an answer, he said I dont know but Ill have an answer for you shortly. A few minutes later he called me with an answer. (An example of this is when I asked Vance if I could leave the washer and dryer for the buyer since I couldnt take it with me). Vance did a wonderful job selling my home!
