Didn't even order. Walked in & Attitude was immediately disrespectful. They also have a covid type barrier just felt very unwelcoming. Can't pay those high prices especially after the initial impression. Going to subway.

Love Jersey Mike's but I do not like this location at all. They are stingy with toppings. Putting the bare minimum on a sub IS NOT the Jersey Mike's way, for that I'd go get a $5 footlong at that other place... I got 8 subs and all of them look thin, all bread. I will be contacting corporate because this is not how it should be. Customer Service was ok, but these sandwiches are horrible... At this point, I'm inclined to only go to Jersey Mike's in the city because this Douglasville location ain't it. THUMBS DOWN

I feel cheated... I was charged extra for veggies on the side of a hot sub... we all know the consequences of putting it on and dont finish the sandich in one sitting
Anyways my option were $5 plus for cups of lettuce tomatoes and onions or $6 plus for a container... please do better because the sandwich is about $20 bucks... but in a better note the young ladies were excellent with helping me through the process...

Trinity is EXTREMELY unprofessional! She was using profanity in front of customers and a trainee. She was too busy worried about telling other employees what to do, rather than taking care of customers!! I gave a one star rating, however, if I could zero stars, I would. I WILL NOT be back. The gentleman that checked me out was pleasant.
