I visited the regional medical facility in Douglasville, ga. I was created with your appointment has been cancelled and not sure anyone didnt tell me. I asked why and was told that due to the time in between the last appt it had to be approved by a case manager. Going back to the week prior to setting the appointment,The case manager Kesha wanted to speak to my attorney first. I received a call back from a young lady I. The same day stating she was calling to set the appointment. I did so for today. Now, here I am sitting g I. The lobby a day before Thanksgiving, trying to reach my attorney and the case manager to get this matter resolved, so that I can be seen by the doctor. I felt that I should have been notified.

I am very grateful for the outstanding service I have received at this Douglasville facility. The entire staff is phenomenal. Adrianna at the front desk was very polite and courteous in all her interactions with me during every visit. She answered all my questions, both face-to-face and over the phone. She is a very nice young lady. Also, Juan, the medical assistant is an excellent guy. He too was friendly and courteous in his interactions with me. And he showed genuine concern for my injuries. At the end of my first visit, he gave me some items to help with managing the pain in my mid and lower back. As for Dr. Fong, he is an outstanding physician. He showed absolute, genuine concern for seeing me overcome the pain and getting back to normal. He treated me with care and took his time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. Throughout the two months I visited this location, it was clear that Dr. Fongs motive was to see me to get well. During my last visit, I could see the joy and enthusiasm on the part of the doctor and his team that I was practically pain free. Their motive is not to make patients run up a huge bill by having them to come in more times than necessary. Their only motive is to help people overcome the pain from their injuries.

I was hurt in a car accident 10/15/21.i went here for care.i would say the 1st visit was ok the female dr! Is a no for me.i was very pleased with the staff otherwise the ladies are very pleasant and considerate.i recently returned to care at same location DR.FONG is awesome he is very attentive and and through.i felt safe and confident in his attitude and skill set.i would recommend this facility to anyone that needs care.ms A Mallory

Had an appointment booked for 7/20 at 5:30. So I get off work early drive in the pouring rain on I 20 so no one else can drive to show up to an unattended office. So I have lost money had so drive 40 min in a crummy environment and. Then call wait and be told to stay at the office that someone would call no one has. Just to call again an be told they close at 5 why is my appointment for 530 if they close at 5
