Extremely nice doctor and staff; as well as competent and professional. My entire family has been followed by Dr. You for years. What more can I say except Dr. You is a caring and compassionate doctor.

I do not like to be negative . . .But I have had problems and issues with this office. I find that the receptionist was rude when she "Hung Up" on me . . . I am on what's called the Patients Assistance program. For some reason they do not exercise competent pursuit for my needs (which is to obtain my insulin) I am diabetic. I feel at this point that I can not trust Doctor You's office. As Far as the Doctor, His bedside manner is less than friendly to me . . . I have been struggling for nearly three weeks to have them fill out the forms sent out to Sanofi Aventis . . . I can not figure out or understand why ? I give a one star rating for this doctors office. I find this office acts in a unprofessional manner . . . They have not answered my call back since the rude receptionist hung up . . . I had to call at least four times as I type this . . .Because they are avoiding me ? I was not rude to them but was firm . . wouldn't you be if your health was in concern and you waited an unnatural time ? And felt they were impeding your right to insulin ? I'm feeling little foolish at this point since they have YET to talk with me . . . The receptionist "claims" she was the supervisor, after I requested not to deal Her . . . She Hung up on me the second time, before I could ask why she hung up the first time . . . . I can NOW conclude that this office is Rude and unprofessional and would NEVER refer ANYONE to this office . . . I wonder if it is because I'm a white guy ? And she is Black ? Hmmm . . . I wonder.

Dr. You has taken care of our family for about ten years. He takes time with his patients and genuinely cares about their well being. Wait times are reasonable. The office personnel are pleasant and professional.

Office staff was friendly. Dr.You told me I shouldn't be breastfeeding that I should start giving my son formula. He said my milk had no nutritional value. So now I'm not so sure on his capabilities as a doctor.
