They kept $145 of my earnest money that was held for all but 2 days...I see how lawyers get over they charge for stuff they don't do...I am a retired police of 30 years with a pension these ppl are dead beats....I had to come back and reply to the below comment my real estate agent and I never knew you would take any of the earmest money that was never disclosed. Also, in 2 days you are rip off artist put a sock in it believe all of the comments for this firm...The greed is real the title search should not have been done before the appraisal ...I know you needed the $145 if my office was in a shack I would too..The thing is I see closure in your future for poor treatment of clients and I am very intuitive...I know crooks when I see them....People you have been warned!!!!
