I got a few keys here in 2021 and it worked well. There were over 12 different blank options for my key! I signed up for the ability to replicate my key if needed from my email - seemed like a great service! Now in 2023 this machine is useless. Once I came by and it was unplugged. Next time I saw it was plugged in so I tried to sign into it, but it said my key was unavailable. So, I tried inserting my house key (it's a standard, widely available Schlage house key). The machine said it was not stocked with ANY options for that key! What's worse is I emailed KeyMe to let them know the machine was out of stock, and the response I got was 'the blank is not stocked at the kiosk, there is no override for this'. Clearly at least one blank for this key should be stocked, there were 12 options recently and it's one of the top 3 house key blanks in the US. But KeyMe doesn't care. Do NOT come here expecting to get a key. Don't give this company your email so they can provide you an emergency key, because they aren't reliable. Go to a hardware store where they will have stock and actually care. *EDIT* the response is to email support, which I already stated I did! More canned automated responses - go to a real locksmith.

Keys worked great!! Dont be alarmed if it doesnt look exactly as the original as it still worked just like they said!
