        Since starting with this company, my insurance has been increased three times and hasnt even been a year yet, they never call back when they say they will, will not accept my online defensive driving certificate and cannot give a good reason why even after the insurance commission states it is a valid certification. Very poor service.

      Hello, Mrs. Lugo I apologize you feel this way. I was reviewing my notes and I see my office spoke with you on 9/13/2023, 10/10/2023,11/20/2023 and 12/11/2023. I myself spoke with you on 12/11/2023 advising I went all the way to corporate trying to get your defensive driving approved. Your premium changed when your defensive driving discount fell off. The premium did not change again until you renewed on 2/7/2024 it is not unusual for a premium to change at renewal. If we can help you further, please give us a call.
